5- Your Rights under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data

With regard to your personal data collected and processed by Avantgarde Collection Hotel, you may exercise your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”.

To exercise your rights under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, by completing the digital “Data Subject Application Form under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data” at www.avantgardecollection.com or the printed form available at the company’s premises, you may:

Deliver it with a wet signature at the company’s premises, in person or through your attorney holding a special power of attorney
Send it through a notary public
Send it from your own Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address to our company’s address lucisglobal@hs03.kep.tr as an e-mail with the subject “Information Request under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data”
Sign it with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature and send it in digital format to lucisglobal@hs03.kep.tr as an e-mail with the subject “Information Request under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data”
Send it from the e-mail address you previously provided to our company and registered in our system to lucisglobal@hs03.kep.tr as an e-mail with the subject “Information Request under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data”.
